Counselling therapy involves the building of a relationship, non-judgemental listening, questioning and reframing. The main framework of my approach is based on reality therapy, but I also pull from other theoretical bases such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. I offer problem solving strategies and tools to help you to be able to navigate your world in a healthier and more productive way. Many of these tools are based on applied positive psychology and research from neuroscience.
